Descripción
Zinc Molybdate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula ZnMoO4. It is white crystal and soluble in acidic solution. It is an important acid salt compound with stability and heat resistance. Chemical properties Zinc Molybdate has a melting point of more than 700°C, a boiling point of 445°C (under 101 325Pa), and a density of 4.3g/cm. It is insoluble in water, soluble in acid, can react with alkaline oxides, and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and light resistance.
Preparation method:
Can be prepared by dry reaction method or wet reaction method:
-Dry reaction method is to slurry talcum powder filler with a particle size of 0.2~10um in water, add platinum trioxide and zinc oxide, stir, filter, dry, smoke, crush and package
-Wet reaction method is to dissolve zinc molybdate and zinc salt in water respectively, and then add zinc molybdate solution drop by drop into zinc salt solution. After the reaction is completed, wash and dry to obtain the product
Uses of Zinc Molybdate:
-Catalyst: Be used as a catalyst in petrochemical products and organic synthesis reactions
-Pigment: It can be used as an anti-rust pigment and is widely used in primers, topcoats and ground-bonded paints. Including water-based paints. In addition, it can also be used as an additive for lithium battery negative electrode materials to improve the battery capacity and cycle performance
– Other applications: Can also be used in ceramic catalysis and electronic material preparation and other fields
