Industrial Grade Barium Titanate (BaTiO₃) is an important inorganic compound with the chemical formula BaTiO₃, a molecular weight of 233.21, and a melting point of 1618°C. It is a white powder or transparent crystal that is insoluble in water but soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid.

Physical and chemical properties

Industrial Grade Barium Titanate has a variety of unique physical and chemical properties, including its crystal structure and ferroelectricity. Barium titanate transforms into a cubic perovskite structure between 1460~130°C, and transforms into a tetragonal crystal system in the temperature range of 130~5°C, showing significant ferroelectricity.
