Metallurgy Materials
Metallurgy is the extraction of metals or metal compounds from minerals. People use various processing methods to make metals into metal materials with specific properties and processes in this extraction process. It can be said that the history of human development has integrated the history of metallurgy.
The technical principle of metallurgy is to eliminate the impurities (unintended elements) in the metal solution by melting (heating above the melting point) for slagging and slagging removal. At the same time, through slagging, decarburization, deoxidation, and other processes, to obtain alloy components with specific chemical components.
Some of the finer refining processes generally belong to metal foundries. Another example is ore processing and smelting (ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals), rough smelting, wild reprocessing steelmaking plants, ironworks, non-ferrous metal purification, etc.
The metallurgical industry can be divided into the Ferrous Metallurgical and Non-ferrous Metallurgical industries. Ferrous Metallurgy mainly refers to producing pig iron, steel, and ferroalloys (such as ferrochrome, ferromanganese, etc.). Non-ferrous Metallurgy Industry refers to the production of all metals except ferrous metals.
Toplus contributes its strength as a leading metallurgical material supplier. For example, Toplus supplies lanthanum-cerium mischmetal to automobile foundries to strengthen car chassis and high-purity aluminum ingot to aluminum profile factories. In addition, we also provide sodium cyanide to large world gold mines…
